Horoscope of United Arab Emirates – What is the future ?

On 28th of February 2026 USA and Israel conducted a surprise and coordinated attacks against Iran in which the supreme leader of the country along with 40 other top military leaders were killed. Iran taking is revenge attacked military facilities of USA across the Gulf region. The United Arab Emirates was one of the major target of Iranian drones and short range missiles. As per the news reports as of 13th of March the UAE air defense has intercepted more than 1500 drones and 285 ballistic missiles  fired by Iran in which 6 people were killed and more than 131 injured. Dubai the capital of UAE and Abu Dhabi its major city had to suffer the more damage. Many foreign residences living in Dubai and Abu Dhabi had to run back to their native countries by taking expensive special flights and private jets. The foundation horoscope of UAE (United Arab Emirates) is not showing very good sign for the future of this prosperous country of Gulf region in future.

In the Book of World Horoscope of Nicholas Campion it is mentioned about United Arab Emirates that it is federation of the states of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharja, Ajman, Fujaira, Raʾs al-khaimah and Umm al Quaiwain which were under subject to the treaty obligation to Great Britain. These emirates signed an agreement on 1st December 1971 and on the next day i.e. on 2nd of December 1971 at 12 noon at Dubai they proclaimed their sovereign independence under the state named United Arab Emirates. The horoscope of UAE (chart 1) is set for 2nd of December 1971, 12 noon at Dubai.

Strong Saturn make UAE Crude Oil Rich

UAE has  the world 6th largest oil reserves and since last few decades the tax free environment of the country has attracted huge foreign investment in tourism and real estate sector. Abu Dhabi accounts for 94% of UAE’s oil reserves and Dubai is the largest and most prosperous city of the country. Since last couple of decades Duabi has become the global hub for finance, trade and tourism. But now things are changing fast as UAE has entered into an enigmatic Saturn Mahadasha and Venus Anter Dasha (from February 2025 to April 2028) in Vimshottari. In the ongoing gulf war Iran has attacked major strategic hubs of UAE by its drones and missiles.

In the foundation horoscope of UAE Aquarius lagna ruled by Saturn is rising. Saturn is the natural Karaka (significant) of crude oil. Saturn is in the 4th house of national assets along with the Moon which is strong in her Moola-Trikona sign. But since the Moon is the lord of the 6th house so it also shows some conflicts. UAE has strategic and military partnership with USA (foundation : 4 July 1776, 10:20 a.m. at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) who’s Moon is in Aquarius sign. Since USA has attacked Iran using some of the military stations in UAE so Iran had no option but to conduct retaliation strikes on its neighboring  country UAE.

UAE has fourth largest economy in the middle east (after Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Israel) but at present her economy has become hostage to relentless Iranian attacks.

High Expatriate Population in UAE

UAE and Qatar are two Arabian countries which hold about 89% to 90% expatriate population with significant majority being males. These expatriate workers comes from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh mainly. In the foundation horoscope of UAE the 12th lord (expatriate) is Saturn which is in the 4th house along with the Moon (general public). They are in mutual aspect with 7th lord (foreign stay) the Sun and 2nd and 11th lord Jupiter showing why the country host a large number of expatriate population. Out of UAE’s 11.4 million population about 3.5 millions are Indian diaspora. India (foundation: 15 August 1947, 00:00 hours at Delhi) having Moon sign Cancer and lagna Taurus has about $100 billion bilateral trade with the UAE.

The gulf war is badly hurting the Indian interest in many ways.

How the war will affect UAE

The Vimshottari Dasha of Saturn-Venus-Mars from 30th of January 2026 to 8 April 2026 is particularly very sensitive for the UAE. The Maha Dasha lord Saturn and the Anter Dasha lord Venus are making a 6/8 connection with each other. In Navamsha and Trimshamsha (D-30) Venus is affected by the aspect of malefic Mars. In the Pratyenter Dasha of Mars will 8th of April there will be not much relief from Iranian attacks on the UAE.

Later during Saturn Dasha Venus Anter Dasha and Rahu Pratyanter Dasha the economy of UAE will start becoming weak during April to September in 2026. Rahu falls in the 12th house of losses in Rashi chart.

In the long run the property prices in the UAE will start falling and by the time transiting Saturn will reach Aries in the second half of 2027 the economy of the country will start getting affected. In year 2030 when the transiting Saturn and Ketu will afflict Rohini Nakshatra then a major war will badly affect the UAE. The Maha Dasha of Saturn and Anter Dasha of Mars fro October 2030 to December 2031 will be the worst in the history of United Arab Emirates. Saturn and Mars are giving aspects to each other in Rashi and  Trimshamsha (D-30) clearly shows a major danger for the UAE during 2030 and 2031.

On the 28th of February 2026 at 09:30 a.m. Iran local time the supreme leader Ali Hosseini Khamenei was taking a meeting along with the high profile military and civilian leadership. A surprise air strike by USA and Israel hit the secure Presidential office in Tehran and killed Ali Khamenei and many others. In about 24 hours USA and Israel have reportedly dropped 1200 bombs at various locations in Iran killing many key family members and associates of Ali Khamenei. In the April 2025 issue of the Express Star Teller Magazine i had forecast a very critical time for Ali Khamenei regime in my write-up “Saturn-Rahu Conjunction in Pisces and Danger for Iran”. Using Hindu New Year horoscope 2025-26 for Iran i had predicted a major danger for Ali Khamenei any time before March 2026.

After the tragic death of Ali Hosseini Khamenei many public protests are taking place in various countries in Asia where Shia Muslims people lives.

The impact of this Lunar Eclipse will bring down the popularity of both Donald Trump and Bejamin Netanyahu in their respective countries. The war which USA and Israel has waged against the Iran will run longer than expected due to the effects of this total lunar eclipse.

As per the Brihat Samhita “Rahu-Chaar-Adhyay” if at the time of the lunar or solar eclipse Mars aspect the Sun and/or the Moon then it gives fear from the war, robbers and fire accident. Since at the time of the lunar eclipse of the 3rd of March 2026 Mars will be associated with the Sun and Rahu and it is giving its 7th aspect to the Moon so the current Middle East war is likely to get intensified. Mars will remain in Aquarius sign till the 2nd of April by which we don’t foresee any major relief for Iran as the relentless and brutal air strikes of USA and Israel are likely to continue.

After 2nd of April Mars will move into Pisces and get into a conjunction with natural malefic Saturn. In the foundation horoscope of Iran (1 April 1979, 15:00 hours at Tehran, Iran) the Vimshottari Dasha of Jupiter-Rahu-Saturn from 14th of February 2026 to 3rd of July 2026 will be very fatal and destructive for the country. The total lunar eclipse of the 3rd of March 2026 is falling in Leo the 2nd house (a Maraka Bhava) in the foundation horoscope of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The eclipse is falling in the Purva Phalguni Nakshatra where natural malefic Saturn and Rahu are placed in the foundation chart of Iran. The Vimshottari Dasha of Jupiter-Rahu-Saturn will surely bring a change of regime in the country in any case before the end of this year or even before July. The Pratyanter Dasha lord Saturn is taking the lordship of the 7th house of war in Rashi and 8th house of national mourning. In current USA-Israel combine air strikes at least 48 top leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been killed.

The  lunar eclipse is going to occur on Tuesday, March 3rd, the upcoming Falgun Purnima (i.e. Full Moon of the lunar Month of Falguna) . This lunar eclipse will be fully visible in China, Russia, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asian countries, Australia, North America, and South America. However, in India, it will be visible only a short while after the rising of the Moon in the sky.  According to Indian Standard Time, this lunar eclipse on March 3rd will touch at 3:20 pm, peak at 5:04 pm, and end at 6:47 pm. In the states of Northeast India, such as Assam, eastern Bengal, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Manipur, this lunar eclipse will be visible for a longer period, hence its impact will be greater there.

This lunar eclipse will occur in the zodiac sign Leo and in the constellation Purvaphalguni. According to the fifth-century  mundane astrology  text, Brihat Samhita, an eclipse in Leo will affect “forest dwellers, political groups or political parties, factions, It troubles the virtuous, powerful, those who live like kings, and those who work in the forest.” According to the book Varsha Prabodh, an eclipse in the Purvaphalguni Nakshatra results in less rainfall, suffering for the people, and an increase in the price of oil. This eclipse is occurring in the lunar month of Phalguna, which, according to the Brihat Samhita, troubles dancers, actors, playwrights, song-composers, noble women, archers (soldiers), artisans, Kshatriyas, and ascetics.
Since this lunar eclipse is falling in Leo ruled by  the Sun so the prices of gold are likely to rise a bit  for the next 45 days at least.

The rulers of these countries will face trouble after the lunar eclipse

During the lunar eclipse on March 3rd, the Moon will form an inauspicious conjunction with Ketu in Leo, and will be aspected by the Sun, Mars, and Mercury from the seventh house. The foundation  horoscope of USA  (July 4, 1976, 10:20 am, Philadelphia) is of Leo ascendant, in which the Moon, the ruler of the twelfth house (loss), is placed in the seventh house (sex scandals, war  and immorality) in the Dhanishtha Nakshatra in Aquarius. At the time of the eclipse, the ascendant of the foundation horoscope of USA And the affliction on the seventh house could lead to more military aggression against Iran. The conflict between the ruling party and the opposition in India will escalate 

At the time of the lunar eclipse on March 3rd , Leo ascendant will be rising according to Indian Standard  time. In the eclipse horoscope, the conjunction of Venus, the lord of the tenth house (royal power), in the eighth house with the malefic planet Saturn, the lord of the seventh house of immorality, and the conjunction of the malefic planets Mars and Rahu with the  Sun (king), and Mercury in the seventh house will make the central government to face a major crisis due to a major scandal in the next three months. The Moon, the lord of the twelfth  house of losses, looking at the seventh house in the eclipse horoscope, is an astrological indication of strained relations between India and some countries on the issue of current Middle East war. Planets and West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026

In Brihat Samhita of Varahamihira chapter number 14, Nakshatra Koorma Adhyay is based on the study of ancient Koorma Chakra which has also been mentioned in Vishnu Purana. This Koorma Chakra is a graphical mapping of ancient India (Bharata) into 9 zones having 3 asterism each starting from Kritika, Rohini, Mrigsira group. As per Brihat Samhita Ardra, Punarvasu and Pushya signify the East direction. In this zone the area of Bengal and Assam comes. As per this ancient text Pragjyotishpur (ancient kingdom of Kamrupa) is present day Assam. Also, Gaura, Vanga and Anga Desha (kingdoms) are the present-day Bengal region, among which the West Bengal state is part of India while the eastern area of Bengal is now Bangladesh.

In the book “Dr. B.V. Raman – Jottings from his Astrological Diary… And More’ in the chapter number 3 title ‘India’s freedom’ at page number 26 and 27, the Mrigasira 3 (third part) has been assigned to Calcutta as per the Avakahada system. Dr. Raman uses to take Gemini and also a part of Cancer as the ruling sign of Bengal region as per this book.

Interestingly, last time when a major political change came in West Bengal State was during May 2011 assembly polls when transit Saturn was in Virgo giving aspect to the 10th house from Gemini the zodiac sign of this state. In that assembly elections Trinamool Congress Party led by Mamata Banerjee defeated CPI (M) to end the 27 year long Communist Parties rule in the state. During that time the transiting Saturn was in Virgo in the 4th house from Gemini and Jupiter was in Pisces in the 10th from Gemini along with Venus, Mercury and Mars. Rahu was in Sagittarius then. All the major planets were influencing the 10th house (government) from Gemini the ruling sign of West Bengal as per Dr. B.V. Raman.

West Bengal State Elections

The political landscape of West Bengal has changed since the last assembly polls held in April-May 2021. At that time BJP under the leadership of Dilip Ghosh emerged as the major opposition party by winning 77 seats with impressive 38.15% of vote shares. Trinmool Congress had won 211 seats in 294 member legislative assembly with 48.02% of vote shares. The transiting Saturn was in Capricorn then along with Jupiter in the 8th house from the zodiac sign of West Bengal which is Gemini.

At present Suvendu Adhikari is the leader of opposition from the BJP since May  2021. He was once a state minister in Trinmool Congress government during 2016 to 2020 but then he left the party and joined BJP. He was born on 15th of December 1970 (time unknown) when the Moon was in Gemini sign. His Naamakshar ‘Su’ gives Shatabhisa Nakshatra ruled by Rahu in Aquarius sign. The transiting Saturn is in favourable position from both his natal Moon in Gemini and Namaakshar sign Aquarius.

Mamata Banerjee five years younger than her official records

In her memoir, My Unforgettable Memories, Banerjee wrote: “I was not even fifteen when I wrote my school final examination and would have been disqualified for being underage. So, my father gave a fictitious age and birthday to get around the problem”. Apparently ‘Didi’ was born on October 5, instead of January five, as the book says that her mother had once given her a horoscope with that date mentioned in it.

Thus, the real birth detail of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is not available with us.

In the Pisces lagna foundation horoscope of Trinmool Congress Party (chart 1) there is a beautiful exchange between the lagna lord Jupiter and the 11th lord Saturn. The lagna lord Jupiter is debilitated in the 11th house of gains and it is in degree conjunction with malefic  Upa-Graha Gulika which as per the Parashari method comes at 29 degrees and 31 minutes in Capricorn. As per a Parashari rule the debilitated planets are consider good in 3rd, 6th, 8th and 11th houses.

Trinmool Congress Party came into power in West Bengal by winning assembly elections in May 2011 when Vimshottari Dasha  of Rahu and Anter Dasha  of Jupiter running in their foundation chart.

Mixed Results Foreseen in Jupiter Maha Dasha  

At the time of assembly polls in April-May 2026 Jupiter Dasha  Jupiter Anter Dasha  and Saturn Pratyanter Dasha  would be running from 30th of March 2026 to 1st of August 2026. As per a Laghu Parashari rule a Dasha  lord generally don’t give its full promising results during its own Dasha  Anter Dasha . Trinmool Congress Party chart had given good results to them during Rahu Dasha  and Jupiter Anter Dasha . But Jupiter in its own Swa-Anter Dasha  may not give the promising results of the yoga it has involve in along with the 11th lord Saturn and other planets The Parivartana (exchange of houses) between the lagna lord and the 11th lord is a good Dhana Yoga.

But a noticeable point here is that the Jupiter as the lagna and 10th lord is also in conjunction with the 5th lord (minister most) the Moon, 9th lord (luck) Mars and also the 3rd lord (valour) Venus. The conjunction of lagna and 10th lord with the 5th and 9th lord is a major Raja Yoga here. In Navamsha  Jupiter is in the lagna and afflicted by the aspects of malefic Mars and Saturn both. In Dasha masa Jupiter is in the 6th house though it is in mutual aspect with the 10th lord there and it also aspect the 10th house of political power.

Thus, during Jupiter Dasha  Jupiter Anter Dasha  and Saturn Pratyanter Dasha  Trinmool Congress Party can retain power somehow but their vote share will decline from the last assembly elections. In transit Jupiter get 31 points in Sarvashtaka Varga in Gemini and 3 points in own Bhinnashtaka. Saturn get 29 points in Sarvashtaka Varga in Pisces and 4 points in its own Bhinnashtaka Varga in the foundation chart of Trinmool Congress which is good.

Favourable Jaimini Chara Dasha  

As per the Jaimini Chara Dasha  scheme Dasha  of Cancer and Anter Dasha  of Libra will  be running from 1st January 2026 to 2nd of July  2026 in the foundation horoscope of Trinmool Congress party (chart 3). Dasha  Rashi  Cancer is 7th house from the Atamakaraka Jupiter and the 11th house from the Karakamsha lagna which is Virgo. Anter Dasha  Rashi  Libra is the 10th house from Atamakaraka and the 2nd from Karakamsha lagna which is also fine. The 10th Pada is in Aquarius which is 8th from the Dasha  Rashi  Cancer but 5th from the Anter Dasha  Rashi  Libra.

Amatayakaraka Mercury is in fixed sign Scorpio and it  aspect the movable Dasha  Rashi  Cancer and also the 10th house from it which is Aries. In Jaimini system fixed sign aspect the movable sign except the adjacent sign, fixed sign aspect movable sign except the adjacent sign, and the dual sign aspect each other.

From the Anter Dasha  sign Libra the Amatayakaraka Mercury is in the 2nd house which is good.

Astrological predictions about West Bengal Assembly elections 2026

The annual horoscope of Trinmool Congress (chart 2) is very enigmatic. Taurus lagna rise in the annual horoscope which is the 3rd house of the Pisces lagna foundation horoscope (chart 1) of this party. Muntha (progressed lagna) is in Cancer which is the 3rd house from the rising sign Taurus in the annual horoscope. The Muntha lord the Moon is strongly placed in the lagna and get the aspect of Yogkaraka Saturn. But the aspect of Mars from the 8th house on the Muntha shows some violence activities.

In the annual horoscope of Trinmool Congress a major Raja Yoga of the 4th lord the Sun and 5th lord Mercury is formed in the 8th house which get strength due to the 10th aspect of Yogakaraka Saturn. As per the Parashari system for Taurus ascendant chart the yoga of the 4th lord the Sun and 5th lord Mercury is first grade Raja Yoga. The Raja Yoga in the annual horoscope can make Trinmool Congress win the assembly election but due to the strong influence of Mars on the Muntha (progressed lagna) and other planets some violence during election can’t be ruled out.

Enigmatic Yogini Dasha  

In Yogini Dasha  the Dasha  of Sankata and Anter Dasha  of Sankata ruled by Rahu will be running from April 2025 to January 2027 in the foundation horoscope of Trinmool Congress Party (chart 1). Sankata Dasha  Sankata Anter Dasha  and Bhadrika (rule by Mercury) Pratyanter Dasha  would be running from March 2026 to June 2026 for Trinmool Congress Party. Rahu is in the 6th house of the Trinmool Congress chart which get the 8th aspect of 9th lord (communal tensions) Mars. The transiting Rahu is in Aquarius which is the 9th house from Gemini the zodiac sign of West Bengal. The transit of Rahu over the natal Ketu in the foundation chart of Trinmool Congress Party is indicating some major political violence. Since the Dasha  lords Rahu and Mercury in Yogini Dasha  are strong in mutual Kendra so Trinmool Congress can win assembly election, but political violence can’t be ruled out due to adverse transit of Rahu from the 9th house of West Bengal’s zodiac sign Gemini.

Sensitive transit periods of Mars

During 23rd of February to 2nd of April 2026 the transit Mars will be in Aquarius in conjunction with malefic Rahu which is already transiting there only. These two natural malefic planets will be in the 9th house from Gemini the zodiac sign for West Bengal and Bangladesh also. There will be some news of communal tensions in this region. Then Mars will join Saturn in Pisces from 2nd of April to 11th of May. This period can bring political violence in West Bengal state as both Mars and Saturn will be in the 10th house (governance) from Gemini.

 

 

Oath Taking horoscope of Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman – What it foretells ?

Tarique Rahman’s centrist Bangladesh Nationalist Party secured 209 seats in the Bangladesh Parliament by winning 49.97% of the vote. Shafiqur Rahman’s alliance with Jamaat-e-Islami, a group of Islamic fundamentalist parties, secured 31.76% of the vote, winning 68 seats and gaining prominence as a strong opposition in the country’s Parliament. Sheikh Hasina’s Awami League was excluded from these elections. A coalition of student organizations led by Nahid Islam, the student leader who led the July 2024 uprising, won only 6 seats with 3.05% of the vote. Although Tarique Rahman secured more than two-thirds of the 299 seats in the elections, he made a grave mistake by taking the oath on the day of a solar eclipse.

In the recently concluded general elections in Bangladesh, India’s neighboring country, Tarique Rahman, leader of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and the son of the former Prime Minister late Khaleda Zia, won a landslide victory. He was sworn in as Prime Minister in Dhaka on, February 17th, at 4:12 pm. Previously, in the January 2024 Bangladesh elections, then-Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had won a landslide victory, but the opposition parties boycotted the elections. Following the violent public protests in Bangladesh in July 2024, Sheikh Hasina fled to India on August 5th, 2024, and since then she has been seeking political asylum , which is  a matter of debate between the two countries.

Now the Vimshottari Dasha of Ketu and the Anter Dasha of Rahu from September 2026 to October 2027 can give trouble to Dr. Mohan Yadav’s government due to some scandal and/or a corruption case. Rahu is in the 2nd house in his oath taking chart and is depositor Jupiter is afflicted by the aspect of Saturn in Rashi and by the bad aspect of Mars in Navamsha. On Tuesday, February 17th, in the Lunar month of Fhalgun, an annular solar eclipse will occur in the Dhanishtha Nakshatra in the Aquarius sign. This solar eclipse is not visible in India, but the conjunction of four major planets at the time of this  eclipse will influence the westward-pointing Aquarius sign in transit, creating significant impacts on global politics, and India will not be spared. Recently, after a lengthy court case, the US Justice Department released the digital files of pedophile and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on January 30th of this year. At the time of the release of those document of sex crime the transiting Mars, Venus, Mercury and the Sun were in Capricorn a Saturn ruled sign. Out of 6 million of Epstein files 3.5 million has been released on the 30th of January this year.

Now when the conjunction of Mars, Venus, Mercury, Rahu and the Sun is about to take place in Aquarius sign it is highly likely that some more data from the Epstein files shall be released in the month of March this year which will bring a major storm in the global politics. As per the rules of Hindu Astrology the Rahu (Moon’s North Node), Venus and Mars are the key planets in unearthing sex scandal when they happen to be in the signs ruled by Mars and/or Saturn.

The foundation horoscope of the United States has a Leo ascendant rising , in which the Moon, the ruler of the twelfth house (losses) in the seventh house (sex scandals and immorality), in Aquarius sign  and it  is placed in the Dhanishtha Nakshatra. At the time of the eclipse, both the Sun and Moon will be in Dhanishta Nakshatra only. Later when the transiting  Mars will move into  the constellation Dhanishtha on the 23rd of February there will be  a mass movement against the top US leaders and elites whose names have come up in the sex scandal related to the Epstein Files.

The inauspicious Vimshottari period  of Rahu-Saturn-Rahu  (from December 2025 to May 2026) in the Leo ascendant rising foundation  horoscope of USA (Chart 2)  indicates a major mass movement against President Donald Trump in many cities of the country. The close  conjunction of Venus with Rahu in the eclipse sign Aquarius during the solar eclipse of the  February 17th will led to some new and shocking revelations in the Epstein Files case over the next three months.

The new moon date will end at 5:30 pm as per the Indian standard  time during the solar eclipse on February 17th, 2026. In this horoscope for the solar eclipse of 17th of February 2026 (Chart 1) the Cancer ascendant is rising, and the malefic  planet Mars is placed in its exalted sign Capricorn in the seventh house of the sex scandal. The ascendant lord the Moon, being in conjunction with the  Sun, Rahu, Venus and Mercury in the eighth house of humiliation , is showing the astrological possibility of a senior minister of the Central Government resigning from his post in the next 3 months.

According to the Rahuchar Adhyay of Acharya Varahamihira’s Brihat Samhita, when Mars aspects or transits the Rashi of the eclipse, “there is a fear of war, fire, and trafficking .” Coincidentally, a few days after this solar eclipse in Aquarius, on February 23rd, Mars will enter Aquarius sign and it will afflict the eclipse’s Nakshatra, Dhanishtha. Mars will remain in Aquarius from February 23rd to April 3rd, during which the Russia-Ukraine war will intensify, and conditions for war between the United States and Iran will begin to develop. Amidst this global turmoil, the opposition’s attacks on the central government in India will intensify. The Aquarius sign, which influences western Indian states and Russia also,  will pose a threat of fire accidents.

The foundation  horoscope of independent India (August 15, 1947, midnight, Delhi) is of Taurus ascendant rising , in which the inauspicious Vimshottari Dasha period of Mars and the Anter Dasha of Rahu  is currently underway. The Maha Dasha lord Mars is the lord of the 7th house (sex scandals) and it is in the Nakshatra of Rahu in Ardra. The Rahu, which is Anter Dasha lord) is in the ascendant in Rashi but it falls in the 12th house in Navamsha.
